Bonus Terms and Conditions

Bask Bank may offer additional opportunities for you to earn AAdvantage® miles based on completing certain activities. All such offers are referred to as Bonus Miles and any such offer is subject to completion of the requirements Bask Bank has set for that specific offer, as described herein. Any offer of Bonus Miles is subject to change or termination at any time and without prior notice. Customers that have not completed all of the requirements of any Bonus Miles offer prior the offer being terminated or changed may forfeit the Bonus Miles associated with that offer. The value of a Bonus Miles award will be reported to the IRS and the recipient is responsible for any federal, state or local taxes on that award. You must provide Bask Bank with your AAdvantage® account number and your name as shown on your Bask Savings Account must match the name on the AAdvantage® account in order to receive any Bonus Miles award from Bask Bank. Both your AAdvantage® Account and Bask Savings Account must be open and in good standing at the time any miles are awarded. Failure to maintain either of your AAdvantage® Account or Bask Savings Account in good standing at the time of award will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Miles. All provisions of the Account Agreement, Terms, and Disclosures apply.

Account Opening Bonus: Bask Bank is offering 2,000 AAdvantage® miles for customers that (i) have not previously opened a Bask Mileage Savings Account; (ii) meet Bask Bank’s qualifications to open an account; (iii) complete the online account opening process between March 17, 2023 and May 31, 2023; (iv) fund the account within fifteen (15) business days following the initial account opening; (v) maintain a minimum daily account balance of $10,000 for ninety (90) consecutive days out of the first one hundred and twenty (120) days following the initial account opening; and (vi) provide Bask Bank with an AAdvantage® account number in the same name as the subject Bask Savings Account. Loyalty Point Bonus: Bask Bank is offering 5,000 AAdvantage® Loyalty Points for customers that (i) are first time Bask Mileage Savings Account customers; (ii) meet Bask Bank’s qualifications to open an account; (iii) complete the online account opening process between September 15, 2022 and December 15, 2022; (iv) fund the account a minimum of $25,000 within fifteen (15) calendar days following the initial account opening; (v) maintain a minimum daily balance of $25,000 for ninety (90) consecutive days out of the first one hundred and five (105) days following the initial account opening; and (vi) provide Bask Bank with an AAdvantage® account number in the same name as the subject Bask Mileage Savings Account. The Bask Mileage Savings Account will reflect the Loyalty Points award within ten (10) Business Days once all of the conditions of this offer have been met. Loyalty Points may take 6-8 weeks to post to the linked AAdvantage® account. This offer is limited to one 5,000 Loyalty Point award for each new customer. Refer a Friend Bonus: Bask Bank previously offered a referral bonus for customers that invited friends to open and fund a Bask Savings Account on or before September 30, 2020. Bask Bank offered 5,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles for each eligible referral and a customer could refer up to five friends for a maximum award of 25,000 AAdvantage® miles.

To be eligible for this bonus offer a customer referring friends (the Referrer) must have (i) had an open Bask Savings Account at the time of qualification; (ii) successfully linked their AAdvantage® account at the time of bonus qualification; and (iii) maintained a minimum daily balance of $10,000 or more for ninety (90) consecutive days between June 17, 2020 and December 31, 2020.

Friends referred (the Referees) also received 5,000 AAdvantage® miles for opening a Bask Savings Account and fulfilling their eligibility criteria. A Referee still received miles even if the Referrer met the maximum of five referrals.

To be eligible for this bonus offer a Referee must have (i) had an open account Bask Savings Account at the time of qualification; (ii) signed up using the Referrer’s URL code provided by Bask Bank; (iii) maintained a minimum daily balance of $10,000 or more for ninety (90) consecutive days within the first one hundred twenty (120) days of opening an account; and (iv) account must have been opened between June 17, 2020 and September 30, 2020.

Bask Bank awarded AAdvantage® miles to the Referee and Referrer within ten business days of each fulfilling their respective bonus qualifications. AAdvantage® miles may take 6-8 weeks to post to the linked AAdvantage® account. The last day to refer friends as part of this Bonus Offer was September 30, 2020. The value of this bonus/offer will be reported to the IRS and the recipient is responsible for any federal, state or local taxes on this offer.

Feedback Bonus: Bask Bank offered 1,000 AAdvantage® miles for customers that (i) successfully completed the online account opening process and established a Bask Savings Account (ii) used the Bask Bank online banking portal or Bask Bank mobile application to provide feedback using the Give Feedback feature by June 30, 2020; and (iii) provided Bask Bank with an AAdvantage® account number in the same name as the subject Bask Savings Account within the first sixty (60) days following initial account opening. In order to qualify for this Bonus Miles offer, feedback must have been provided through the Give Feedback feature on the Bask Bank online banking portal or Bask Bank mobile application. Feedback provided by letter, email, phone or any means other than the Bask Bank online banking portal or Bask Bank mobile application did not qualify. Bask Bank awarded the Feedback Bonus miles within ten (10) Business Days, once all of the conditions of offer had been met. AAdvantage® miles may take 6-8 weeks to post to the linked AAdvantage® account. This offer was limited to one Feedback Bonus Award for each customer.

Balance Bonus (Tier): Bask Bank offered promotional bonus American Airlines AAdvantage® miles for customers that funded their Bask Savings Account within 60 days of account opening and maintained a minimum account balance of $25,000, $50,000, or $100,000 (all tiers collectively described as “Balance Tier(s)”) for 360 days (the 60 days to fund plus 360 days is described as the “Offer Period”). Accounts must have been opened no later than June 30, 2020, funded no later than 60 days following the account opening, and Balance Tier(s) maintained for 360 consecutive days from date of funding a qualifying balance to be eligible for this Bonus Offer.

Customers may have qualified for different Balance Tiers during the Offer Period if their deposit level changed and were awarded the Bonus Mile Award for each qualifying Balance Tier as stated below. Miles awarded for each Balance Tier were distributed every 180 days during the Offer Period. Days must have been consecutive.

(Maximum Offer Award)

The maximum available award amount at the end of the Offer Period was 40,000 AAdvantage® miles. If a customer’s Minimum Account Balance increased to qualify for a higher Balance Tier during the Offer Period, the customer was awarded the Balance Tier Bonus Miles that had been maintained for 180 days. If a customer’s Balance Tier declined after Bonus Miles are awarded, the customer only received the maximum award amount for the lowest qualified Balance Tier during the Offer Period. For example, if an account is funded at $100,000 for 180 days, the customer would have been awarded 20,000 Bonus miles. If the customer subsequently decreased the account balance to $25,000 and maintained the balance for the required time period, no additional miles would have been awarded. The customer would have already met the maximum award amount for Balance Tier 1.

The customer must also (i) meet Bask Bank’s qualifications to open an account; (ii) complete the online account opening process and establish an account between December 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020; and (iii) provide Bask Bank with an AAdvantage® account number in the same name as the subject Bask Savings Account within the first sixty (60) days of the initial account opening. Bonus Miles will be awarded to the customer’s Bask Savings Account within 10 Business Days. AAdvantage® miles may take 6-8 weeks to post to the linked AAdvantage® account.

This offer replaces the Balance Bonus ($50,000) Offer and is exclusive of all other offers and may not be combined with, or in addition to, any other Bask Bank offers of Bonus Miles, with the exception of the Account Opening Bonus and/or the Feedback Bonus.
